John Logan has written big scripts from some even bigger directors over the past two decades, garnering three Oscar nominations in the process. Whether it’s Gladiator, Sweeney Todd, The Aviator, Spectre, The Last Samurai, Skyfall, or Alien: Covenant, Logan has penned some epic films that have cemented his name in the cinematic zeitgeist. So it’s interesting that They/Them, the first movie that Logan has directed, is such a small picture with seemingly little to do with his oeuvre....

The Hollywood Reporter says James Bond will get a run for his money when French production powerhouse Marathon Media and Studio 37, the film arm of Gallic telecom Orange, bring Beverly Hills teenagers-turned-secret agents Totally Spies! to the big screen. Director Antoine Fuqua and star Denzel Washington’s upcoming action thriller sequel, The Equalizer 3, will land in theaters on September 1, 2023. This year has already seen beloved children’s character Winnie the Pooh become a deranged serial killer in Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey following the A.A. In 1973, The Exorcist changed the way horror films were perceived. The film shocked audiences and instantly became known as the scariest film of all time. The Good This is a great movie featuring gifted actors and a gifted director. The Bad I wish there would have been more featurettes focusing on magicians. Robert Angier (Hugh Jackman) and Alfred Borden (Christian Bale) are great friends in The Prestige. They work together as magicians, each one complementing the other. Then one night, a trick goes terribly wrong and Angier vows to get revenge on Borden. Once that is exacted, we see these two men going after one another’s secrets in the most sly of ways....

When AMC released a new poster for The Walking Dead earlier this month, the Season 4 plot description that came with it teased a mysterious threat to the group from inside prison walls. Huth reveals that this threat within the prison is neither a zombie nor a human. Could it be ghosts then?...

Can you believe we are 9 seasons into The Walking Dead already? If you haven’t been here since the beginning you’ve got plenty of binge watching to do. So many things have happened over the course of the massively popular show, but one thing we have not seen in any of the episodes over the long 9 year run is winter weather. The training and preparation for the legacy sequel Top Gun: Maverick was so intense that star Miles Teller was convinced that he might not come out of it alive. Speaking with LADBible, Teller revealed how he was thrown into the danger zone courtesy of Tom Cruise’s extensive training regime, with one moment in particular causing the actor to think he was going to die.
