You can relive a 2009 blockbuster comedy once again on DVD and Blu-ray this October. The Hangover: Extreme Edition will be re-released on DVD and Blu-ray on October 12. The standard two-disc DVD will be priced at $39.92 SRP and the Blu-ray will be priced at $49.99 SRP. We don’t have any cover art images as of yet, but you can take a look at the special features below. The film stars Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis, Justin Bartha and Heather Graham....

Collider.com caught up with producer Avi Arad who revealed that the Hulk in the upcoming The Incredible Hulk might be grey colored and not green, as was featured in 2003’s Hulk and in the 1980’s television series The Incredible Hulk with Lou Ferrigno and Bill Bixby. The site asked “Any truth to a grey Hulk?” where Arad paused for a moment and said “We’ll see, I don’t know.” Collider.com: With the Hulk coming next year you have to be far along with the script and I’m curious what can you tell us about the story and are you going to incorporate any of the CGI that you developed for the first film or the effects?...

The fuzzy cast of The Muppet Christmas Carol celebrated the beloved festive movie’s upcoming 30th anniversary at D23 Expo, where it was also revealed that for the first time ever, the movie will be coming to Disney+ in its original uncut format featuring the long-lost additional song, ‘When Love Is Gone.’ Widely regarded as one of the best adaptations of the classic Dickens story of Ebenezer Scrooge, and it has taken a long time for the movie to be released as originally intended....

It’s official, the Emmy-nominated Netflix series The Umbrella Academy, based on the Eisner-winning comic by Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá, is returning for season three, with ten all-new episodes starring the Hargreeves family. The new season is set to premiere in early 2022, although we don’t have a specific release date yet. The setting for the next installment was also revealed as the name of Way’s third Umbrella Academy comic book, Hotel Oblivion: where the Hargreeves can check in, but they can never leave....

The Blu-ray and DVD release dates for the Disney blockbuster Tron: Legacy have still not been announced yet, although early artwork for five separate releases has been revealed. There will be a five-disc Blu-ray set that includes Tron: Legacy, the original Tron, Digital Copies for both movies and the 3D version of Tron: Legacy. The five-disc set also comes with collectible Identity Disc packaging. There will also be a four-disc set for Tron: Legacy, which includes the Blu-ray, 3D Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Copy, a four-disc two-movie collection, two-disc Blu-ray/DVD set and the standard DVD....

Warner Bros. has picked up screen rights for Primeval, the ITV series that airs in the U.S. on BBC America and Sci Fi Channel and is planning to adapt it for the big screen. According to Variety, Akiva Goldsman and Kerry Foster will produce through Goldsman’s WB-based Weed Road banner. Emily Cummins will also be involved in a producing capacity. Goldsman, who scripted the Ron Howard-directed Angels & Demons with David Koepp, will hire a writer to draft Primeval....

DC Films boss Walter Hamada today took the stand via video link in the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard trial to deny claims that Amber Heard’s role in the Aquaman franchise suffered from her ongoing legal issues with Johnny Depp. Asked multiple questions regarding Heard’s contracts, options, and scripted screen time in the upcoming Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, Hamada repeatedly denied that anything to do with Heard’s role in the movie had been impacted by legal trials, online statements, or anything else relating to Johnny Depp and all decisions had been made for movie-related reasons....

Monster Hunter, from 2020, is a great movie that was adapted from Capcom’s game franchise of the same name. Unfortunately, it was released during times when theaters were closing down and people were not going physically to watch movies. When this happened, many movies box office numbers tanked, which completely undermined the way Hollywood determines a film’s success. While the movie had great reviews, the box office numbers were not up to projections, which meant the film was not seen as successful as it should have been....

After Trevor Noah’s exit in 2022, The Daily Show returns to Comedy Central on Tuesday, Jan. 17. The program will introduce Leslie Jones as the first of several planned guest hosts that will be filling in until a permanent host is eventually named. For Jones’ first episode in the guest host spot, she’ll be speaking with celebrity guest Morris Chestnut (The Best Man: The Final Chapters). Director Christopher Nolan confirmed earlier today that The Dark Knight Rises will be filmed in Pittsburgh sometime this summer. Here’s what Christopher Nolan had to say about the Pennsylvania city in a statement, which also confirmed this will be his last Batman movie as a director. Dawn Keezer, the director of the Pittsburgh Film Office, revealed the sequel will shoot in downtown Pittsburgh and adjacent areas for four to six weeks, although it isn’t clear when production will start in Pittsburgh....

Stranger Things is gearing up for its fifth and final season, with Matt and Ross Duffer telling The Hollywood Reporter the script for the first episode is complete. The Duffer brothers discussed the show at a Los Angeles event, along with series stars such as Caleb McLaughlin, Joseph Quinn, Jamie Campbell Bower, Priah Ferguson, Eduardo Franco, and Millie Bobby Brown, who attended virtually. THR captured comments made by the cast and creators during their panel, where the Duffer brothers said the script for Stranger Things 5 has already left executives in tears, in a good way....
