Syfy has debuted two trailers for the upcoming sci-fi series Helix, which is set to debut Sunday, January 10. Warner Bros. Entertainment is throwing a key party at Comic-Con! The Studio has once again created a set of limited-edition collectible hotel keycards, which will be in use at top hotels throughout the San Diego area during the ‘Con. Ben Dunn’s graphic novel character Warrior Nun Areala serves as the inspiration for Netflix’s Warrior Nun. The central character of the show is Ava Silva (Alba Baptista), a 19-year-old girl, who awakens in a mortuary with a fresh outlook on life and a heavenly relic buried deep into her spine. She learns that she is now a member of a long-forgotten organization called The Order of the Cruciform Sword, which has been entrusted with battling monsters on Earth, and that mighty powers from both angels and demons are out to get her....

Wesley Snipes has offered more praise for his successor. With a trilogy of his own Blade movies, Snipes has been credited by many for helping to usher in the superhero movie boom that’s taken Hollywood by storm over the past two decades. After winning big on Wheel of Fortune, contestant Scott Kolbrenner has announced that he’s giving away every penny of his earnings to charity. On Thursday night’s edition of the popular game show, Kolbrenner emerged as the winner with $145,000 in total earnings. Feeling that the money could be better used elsewhere, Kolbrenner will donate the entire prize evenly between two separate charities. When Hulk smash, Hulk smash all, especially on DVD this week. According to The Hollywood Reporter, The Incredible Hulk demolished the competition, sweeping the national DVD sales, rental and Blu-ray sales charts for the week ending October 26. The big green monster even knocked off last week’s triple-chart winner, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, to second place in all three categories. The only other new disc of note on the charts was the horror film The Strangers, which came in third place in both DVD sales and rentals, but was fourth in Blu-ray sales, behind home video’s juggernaut of the year....

The Mandalorian is now only a few weeks away and Disney has just released five new character posters from the series. The Disney+ streaming platform launches on November 12th with the live-action Star Wars series. Anticipation for the series has been pretty high as fans wait to see what the franchise will look like on the small screen. According to early reactions, the first episode contains a pretty massive spoiler for the franchise as a whole, which should have just about all fans ready to tune in....
