After the wildly successful box office run of The Hangover, the sequel The Hangover 2 was inevitable, although it could start shooting sooner than most expected. Collider spoke with The Hangover and The Hangover 2 director Todd Phillips, who revealed the film won’t be set in Mexico or Thailand, as it was earlier rumored, and he also revealed when they would start shooting. TNT announced at the SXSW Film Festival today that Legends, from Homeland executive producers Howard Gordon and Alexander Cary and Fringe co-executive producer David Wilcox, will debut Wednesday, Aug. 20, at 9 PM (ET/PT). The Good A well made film that features great performances by Sophia Myles and Rufus Sewell. The Bad I wish they would have built up the formation of Tristan and Isolde’s relationship a bit more. I didn’t see Tristan + Isolde in the theater because quite frankly, I don’t particularly care for these large epic films set in and around ancient Rome. I just find that in a movie theater everything is so loud that the movie just washes over me, rendering my body numb and tired by the end of it....

Universal is looking to develop a big screen version of Second Sight, a 1999 BBC miniseries that starred Clive Owen, according to Variety. He played a detective struggling to solve a murder before he goes blind and joined forces with a female detective to try to crack the case. Second Sight aired Stateside on PBS and spawned a sequel, Second Sight: Kingdom of the Blind.
