New promo art from the upcoming DCU movie, The Flash, offers our latest look at Ezra Miller as the titular superhero alongside Michael Keaton as Batman, Sasha Calle as Supergirl, and what appears to be a rather odd-looking variant of Barry Allen. Emerging on social media, the artwork finds Miller’s main character in a brand-new suit, with Keaton’s Bruce Wayne donning a cape and cowl similar to that of 1992’s Batman Returns....

Casting for the coveted role of Finnick Odair in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has come to an end, with Sam Claflin chosen for the role. Melissa Leo and Tony Shalhoub have also been mentioned as front runners to play Mags and Beetee. Back in May, we reported that Armie Hammer, Taylor Kitsch, and Garrett Hedlund were the front runners for the role, although it seems now that Sam Claflin has won the role....

Tony Scott is set to direct the story of Hollywood agent-turned-pro-war documentary filmmaker Pat Dollard to the big screen. Scott’s Scott Free Productions will also produce the adaptation of the Vanity Fair article Pat Dollard’s War on Hollywood as well as to option Dollard’s life rights; Dollard and the article’s author, Evan Wright, will write the screenplay, notes The Hollywood Reporter. The article portrayed Dollard, who nurtured the career of a then-unknown Steven Soderbergh, as the stereotypical Hollywood agent with a drug-fueled lifestyle and a collection of ex-wives....

Director Michael Bay’s new blockbuster sequel keeps raking in the dough. According to Variety, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen took in an estimated $27 million on Thursday. The highest five-day gross for a film opening on a Wednesday is Spider-Man 2’s $152.4 million, a mark which Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen could surpass. It remains to be seen, though, if the film can top the all-time five-day tally set by The Dark Knight’s $203....

Though best known for her success in music, pop star Taylor Swift has also pursued acting with various roles in feature films for more than a decade. This includes roles in films like Hannah Montana: The Movie, Valentine’s Day, The Giver, Cats, and Miss Americana. She also provided voiceover work for the animated Dr. Seuss movie The Lorax.
