The studio has just announced that they will be re-releasing the Top Gun sequel for a limited time in December, scheduling Maverick’s return to theaters for Dec. 2 through Dec. 15, 2022. This release includes showings in nationwide theaters including those with select premium large formats and IMAX....

Top Gun: Maverick has become not only the hit movie of the summer but the hit movie of 2022, grossing over $1 billion at the worldwide box office. The original Top Gun in 1986 was a box office sensation, but nobody could have imagined this sequel would fly past films like Titanic, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and The Avengers on the domestic box office charts. A conman named Walter Trump attempted to sell a wall to a hysterical town in order to save the world on a 1958 episode of Trackdown. A video of the episode was uploaded to YouTube in 2016, but it has only now been receiving extra attention because of President Donald Trump’s insistence that the United States build a $5 billion wall to stop illegal immigrants from coming in. Trump has partially shut the government down for the past three weeks to try and have congress okay the money and believes that his wall is the only answer....

The Simpsons have enlisted French filmmaker Sylvain Chomet for an inventive couch gag that shows what Springfield’s favorite family would look like if they were characters in his Oscar-nominated movie The Triplets Of Belleville. There have been many different adaptations of the work of the legendary J.R.R. Tolkien’s work over the years. The most famous of which was Peter Jackson’s trilogy of films based on The Lord of the Rings in the early 2000s, which were monumental critical and financial successes.
