A24 will be getting into the ring with the pro wrestling business with the upcoming movie The Iron Claw, and the latest addition to its cast will bring a healthy does of authenticity to the project. Following the true story of pro wrestling’s famous Von Erich family, the film features Zac Efron (The Greatest Beer Run Ever) leading the cast as Kevin Von Erich. Per Deadline, A24 also just enlisted pro wrestler Maxwell Jacob Friedman, aka MJF of All Elite Wrestling, to make his feature film debut in The Iron Claw....

Production on the Warner Bros. action feature Justice League of America could possibly move from Australia and head to Canada. According The Sydney Morning Herald, the comic book adaptation was due to be shot at Fox Studios this year until Warner Bros suspended production last month, citing uncertainty over the new incentives. Justice League of America will to star an Australian cast featuring Megan Gale, Teresa Palmer and Hugh Keays-Byrne among eight lead roles and employ a huge crew that includes visual effects specialists....

A new clip has been released for the second season of The Legend of Vox Machina. Set to arrive on Prime Video on Jan. 20, the new season will include 12 more episodes for fans to enjoy following a highly acclaimed freshman season. In the clip, Vox Machina run into trouble when Keyleth creates a new portal that happens to be at the edge of a cliff, and it’s up to Scanlan to save the day in an… interesting way....

The Mandalorian heats up with the highly anticipated introduction of Gina Carano as Cara Dune, an ex-rebel shocktrooper. “Sanctuary” has Mando (Pedro Pascal) embracing his role as Baby Yoda’s guardian. They find the planet Sorgan, “a backwater scughole”, to lay low, but trouble finds them as always. Mando gets warm and fuzzy with a local villager. He explains his backstory, and why he cannot remove his helmet. Baby Yoda continues to be impossibly cute....

Get ready for those loveable The Flintstones tikes on DVD. The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show is finally getting a DVD release on March 18. This two-disc set features all 16 episodes of the series, along with four bonus episodes that were never aired. The set will be priced at $26.98 and features the voices of Sally Struthers as Pebbles and Jay North as Bamm-Bamm along with some other The Flintstones regulars like Fred, Wilma, Barney and Betty....

Though they’ve recently come out with a new movie, Variety has revealed that Jen and Sylvia Soska are back at it again with their next project. Titled Unseen, it will be a psychological, sci-fi thriller. As is usually the case, with only a few exceptions, the Twisted Twins will write and direct the adaptation. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre producer Ted Field has boarded the project as well. Set in 1970s Boston, Unseen will follow a couple who wakes up one day to discover that they can’t see....

Beware the Reapers. The Walking Dead season eleven premiere continues with “Acheron: Part 2”. Maggie (Lauren Cohan) grunts as she tries to hang onto the back of the subway car. She falls to the ground as walkers surround her. Maggie unloads her gun into walkers’ skulls before scrambling underneath the carriage. She kicks at the zombies as they seemingly overtake her. Duncan (Marcus Lewis), Father Gabriel (Seth Gilliam), and the remaining group drop through a panel into the subway car....

AMC has released the final, official The Walking Dead Season 3 promo art, in support of the series’ return on Sunday, October 14 at 9pm ET/PT. In an uncertain world, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and his band of survivors must not only fight the dead, but also face a whole new fear: The living! A 16 episode season, the series will air in two-parts with the first eight hours kicking off October 14 and returning February 2013 with the final eight episodes....

The full list of nominations has been revealed for the 95th Annual Academy Awards, and despite what many had been predicting, the hit film Till was not up for a single Oscar. Since its release in October, Till has garnered widespread praise from critics, standing out as one of the strongest films of 2022. Its Rotten Tomatoes score is nearly perfect with a 98% approval rating and lead star Danielle Deadwyler in particular had been expected by experts to get a Best Actress nod at the Oscars....

The San Antonio Express has released a story saying that Tommy Lee Jones is suing Paramount over No Country for Old Men for $10 million that is owed to him. The actor states that the studio failed to pay him according to his stated contract. On April 3rd, 2006, Lee signed a contract stating that he would act in No Country for Old Men as well as provide “additional related services” in order to promote it....

Season eight of The Biggest Loser is set to premiere on NBC September 15th at 8/7 central. Trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels, along with executive producer Mark Koops recently chatted about the return of their exciting weight-loss series.
