The first official character posters for Brandon Cronenberg’s Infinity Pool are here, giving audiences a brand-new glimpse at the upcoming body horror film. The latest FX series is coming home on DVD and Blu-ray with The League: The Complete Season 1 hitting shelves on both formats on September 14. NBC.com today announced that fans of The Office will be hosting premiere parties in 26 cities across the nation. The parties originated and were organized through Dunder Mifflin Infinity (DunderMifflinInfinity.com), the social network site for The Office fans on NBC.com. The announcement was made by Vivi Zigler, President, NBC Universal Digital Entertainment. “It’s wonderful to see the fans of The Office use NBC.com’s social networking capabilities in fun and unique ways,” said Zigler....

Gareth Evans’ The Raid hasn’t yet opened, and Sony Screen Gems has already snapped up sequel rights in the U.S. for Berandal, and they are moving forward on their own U.S. remake. Hoping to get this English language version of the story, which follows a S.W.A.T. team trying to infiltrate the apartment building of a mobster, into theaters by 2014, they’ve attached a writer this weekend named Brad Ingelsby. Avengers: Endgame directors Anthony and Joe Russo support Regé-Jean Page as the next James Bond. Marvel comics had their webcast today where they discussed their fourth quarter and full year operating results, including the fact that the trailer for TIH will be released sometime in March - although they didn’t hint what films the trailer would be attached to. Worldwide box office receipts for Transformers: Dark of the Moon, have hit $1 billion, Paramount Pictures announced today. To date, the third installment of the hit Transformers franchise, and the first shot in 3-D, has grossed $338 million in U.S. (through Monday) and $663 million internationally (through Tuesday). “Transformers: Dark of the Moon is the first billion dollar grossing movie in the history of Paramount Pictures, marking a substantial milestone in the 99 year life of this legendary studio,” said Brad Grey, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Pictures....

The audiobook version of Sony’s Uncharted movie will be told by a very familiar voice, especially for fans of the original video games. Variety reports that Nolan North, the actor who provided the voice of Nathan Drake in the Uncharted video games, has been tapped to narrate the official novelization’s audiobook. North will be voicing every character in the story, including the younger Drake portrayed by Tom Holland in the live-action film....
