As much as the show is touted for its brilliant workplace comedy and realism when dating, the fashion is superb. Shows centering on medicine were traditionally soap operas or procedural dramas with a majority of the characters in scrubs....

Neil Gaiman may have been playing down the reality of The Sandman getting a second season on Netflix, having said that the viewer numbers may not be enough to get the green light on what has been a very expensive production. However, The Sandman’s VFX supervisor Ian Markiewicz has not been quite so coy and recently revealed in an interview with Screen Rant exactly how much work has already gone into the development of season 2....

In the early 1970s, two films opened the doors to a new genre that would allow Black actors to play prominent roles in the world of cinema. Film studios are well-aware of the unrelenting power of pets; furry friends have the ability to attract a wide array of audiences and evoke strong emotions. Some of the most admired and popular movies heavily feature a character’s devotion to their pets, whether in a thriller like I Am Legend, a light-hearted family flick such as Hotel For Dogs, beautiful artistic experiments like Pig, or off-the-wall comedies like Seven Psychopaths. Maybe Florence Pugh could be Tom Holland’s next co-star in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In the past, Holland has been open about being a fan of Pugh’s Yelena Belova character, first introduced alongside Scarlett Johansson in Black Widow. Pugh has since reprised the role more recently in the Disney+ series Hawkeye and her future in the MCU seems bright, and we will likely see Yelena back on-screen again soon enough....

Daniel Tosh and Tosh.0 will continue on in 2013 as Comedy Central has ordered a fifth season of its highest-rated and most-watched series, it was announced today by Kent Alterman, Head of Original Programming and Production, Comedy Central. Season 5 of Tosh.0 will consist of 30 episodes and premiere in January. Said Alterman, “Despite the fact that Tosh.0 has more viewers than any other show on our network, and that Daniel has totally catalyzed his fans online, we still convinced ourselves to pick up the show for another season....

There have been legends of living people becoming attacked by undead creatures from way before, when oral storytelling was all the trend. Since the popularity of zombie films has grown, viewers have developed a strong love for the gruesome genre, and directors have managed to keep things interesting by introducing the living dead to new humorous and tragic settings, and many realistic zombie movies were made. The wandering dead are a recurring theme in the film, from The Walking Dead to Zombieland, and viewers’ appetite for more flesh-eating zombies on the silver screen isn’t going anywhere in the near future....

The actor who plays the venerable Shane Vendrell on the hit F/X series talks about his final season For a guy who the network just wasn’t sure of at first, Walton Goggins has made quite an impression on F/X, as well as viewers of their breakthrough hit, The Shield. Some of the earlier episodes were re-written to show the network he had the chops to be a series regular, the network agreed, and the rest is history, although, sadly, it’s all coming to an end this November....

You can bring home one chilling thriller (literally) on DVD and Blu-ray this January. Whiteout will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on January 19. 2010. Could a Family Ties revival happen? While it’s not something that is being discussed currently, as far as we know, many classic shows are being revived by networks. As the television landscape becomes increasingly competitive, bringing back something familiar has proved that it can provide an edge. As such, it’s not impossible to imagine that something like Family Ties could be in the revival discussion. So, what are the odds of that happening?...

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow is no more. The long-running show, which premiered in 2016, has been canceled by The CW just two months after its seventh season concluded. The disappointing announcement arrived on the same day that The CW pulled the plug on another DC Comics show, Batwoman. Keto Shimizu, who has been serving as the co-showrunner on Legends of Tomorrow since season 4, broke the news on Twitter. In a heartfelt statement, Shimizu thanked the cast and crew for their contributions and the fans for their support....

Michelle Harrison has joined the growing cast of CW’s The Flash pilot, portraying Nora Allen, the mother of Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen. The actress will have a guest starring role on the pilot episode, and she will have a recurring role if the network issues a series order. Other confirmed cast members include Jesse L. Martin as Detective West, who becomes a father figure to Barry, Candice Patton as West’s daughter and Barry’s love interest Iris, Danielle Panabaker as bioengineering expert Caitlin Snow, Rick Cosnett as Detective Eddie Thrawne, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Roman a....

The Hunger Games has shattered a couple of box office records this morning, pulling in an impressive $68.2 million during its opening day run at theaters across the country. $19.7 million of that take is from Thursday’s midnight screenings. The records broken so far include The Hunger Games becoming the highest grossing non-sequel weekend opener of all time. It also holds the highest non-sequel single day grosses for a film’s debut, and it is the highest March opening ever....
