Fans of The Office rejoice, as Leslie David Baker is looking to make a spin-off titled Uncle Stan. Albeit an unofficial spin-off, as this does not appear to be sanctioned by NBC. In any event, Baker is reviving his beloved character Stanley Hudson (though not by name) for a new series that would pick up after the events of the workplace comedy. You can bring home your favorite vampires from Bon Temps home in a new five-disc set in both formats this May. True Blood: The Complete Second Season will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on May 25. These five-disc sets will contain all 12 episodes of this season and the DVD set will be priced at $59.99 SRP while the BD set will go for $79.98 SRP. HBO boss Casey Bloys assures True Blood fans that the reboot will have to be a “story worth telling” in order for it to officially happen. Bloys also revealed that it’s going to be a while before HBO debuts the recently announced True Blood reboot. Fans of the hit show were taken by surprise when it was revealed that the network was looking to reboot the franchise. The original series consisted of seven seasons that ran from 2008 to 2014....

Every season of HBO’s True Blood brings a slew of new faces to Bon Temps, Louisiana. The upcoming Season 6 will be no different, with Jurnee Smollett (Friday Night Lights) and Amelia Rose Blaire (Amelia Rose Blaire) joining the cast. Jurnee Smollett is playing Nicole in a series regular role. Described as a “do-gooder” with a “rosy outlook,” Nicole is more concerned with doing what’s right than materialistic possessions. Amelia Rose Blaire is portraying Willa, the daughter of Louisiana governor Truman Burrell (Arliss Howard), in a recurring role....

TV Guide announced today that the company was joining forces with SCI FI Channel and Landmark Theatres to host a free, exclusive in-theater screening of the mid-season finale of the hit series Battlestar Galactica. The program will be shown on Thursday, December 14, 2006 in Landmark Theatres in Los Angeles, New York City, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta and St. Louis. TV Guide is promoting these special multi-city screenings across all of its platforms including, TV Guide magazine, TV Guide Channel and TVGuide....

The Good A very well done animated movie that shows size is unimportant when you believe in yourself. The Bad Occasionally, parts of this movie seemed thrown together for sentimental purposes. This new Disney offering seemed to soar into theaters and then soar out without making any real impression on the box office or anyone else for that matter. This cute tale of Valiant his buddies who go on fun filled adventures, is nothing if not a heartwarming exercise in teamwork and not being held back by your size or surroundings....

The CW may be up for sale. WarnerMedia and ViacomCBS are looking to sell the network, according to The Wall Street Journal. One of the potential buyers of the CW is Nexstar, which owns 199 local TV stations and the cable channel NewsNation and The Hill. Nexstar is one of the largest owners of the CW stations. The CW is the home of popular DC shows like The Flash, Batwoman, and Superman & Lois, in addition to other shows like Riverdale and Dynasty....

Quibi has revealed a new clip from Reno 911! The former Comedy Central show was revived by the short-form streaming service earlier this year for a new season, with the second batch of episodes set to arrive next month. One of the big appeals with this run of episodes is that Weird Al Yankovic is serving as one of the guest stars.
