USA Network announced that Trishelle Cannatella (Real World: Las Vegas, Kill Reality) has joined the cast of Dr. Steve-O, a reality program starring Jackass alum Steve-O (Jackass, Wildboyz) that is set to debut Monday, October 1st 11:05pm/10:05c on USA Network. Dr. Steve-O will follow WWF Monday Night RAW, the highest-rated weekly year-round series on cable. Trishelle will assist Steve-O as his “Nurse on Duty” on his mission to “de-wussify” wimps, nerds and couch potatoes who have been nominated by their buddies, girlfriends, wives, mothers, coworkers or even have nominated themselves....

Disney XD has put TRON: Uprising on the grid -a compelling story and visually stunning television series scheduled to premiere in summer 2012 on Disney XD. The story focuses on an era of the “Tron” storyline that transpires after the popular 1982 feature film and before the story in Walt Disney Studios’ upcoming “Tron: Legacy.” Its impressive list of artists, animators, directors, producers and digital technicians includes executive producer/director Charlie Bean (The Powerpuff Girls Movie); and consulting producers Edward Kitsis, Adam Horowitz (both screenwriters of Tron: Legacy) and Justin Springer (co-producer of Tron: Legacy)....

Sad news to report, as U.K. cameraman Mark Milsome has lost his life while shooting a stunt scene for the upcoming BBC and Netflix drama series The Forgiving Earth. The man is being described as ‘hugely talented’ by his peers, and it’s clear that he was a much respected colleague amongst those he worked with. The BBC confirmed Mark Milsome’s death in a statement. The cameraman was 54-years-old. He passed away on Monday....

A few days ago we reported that director Wes Craven is back in Michigan for reshoots on his horror sequel Scream 4. While the production is indeed back in Michigan, the director has revealed that they aren’t reshooting scenes. They’re adding two new ones: Wes Craven also indicated that the ending will not be altered: “We had a couple test screenings and we saw two scenes where they had moments you could add to and we just saw a spectacular opportunity....

Warner Bros. has unveiled the first full-length trailer for Whiteout, starring Kate Beckinsale, Gabriel Macht, Tom Skerritt, Columbus Short and Alex O’Loughlin. After two years stationed at Antarctica’s South Pole research base, lone U.S. Marshal Carrie Stetko (Kate Beckinsale) is as anxious as anyone to be going home. She’s turned in her resignation and is counting the hours and minutes to the last plane out. But three days before departure, a body turns up on the ice and Carrie is immediately thrust into Antarctica’s first murder investigation....

Deadpool 3 isn’t a terribly difficult movie to market for. Marvel fans are already looking for any scrap of information they can get on their next film. Casting on Sylvester Stallone’s sequel The Expendables 2 is starting to heat up as Sly prepares to shoot the sequel later this year. All of the original cast members, even Steve Austin, who died in the original, will be returning (we hear that Stone Cold may have an evil twin). But there has been much speculation, even on Stallone’s part, about which new action luminaries he will be bringing in for this second helping....

After allegations were made for three consecutive years to the human resources staff of The Goldbergs, Jeff Garlin is officially out. While Garlin stands by his exit as a voluntary choice, Sony and ABC report that Jeff Garlin has been let go amid inappropriate behavior allegations on the set. The ABC program will be using previously shot footage of Garlin to complete its ninth season, Variety reports. In a recent Vanity Fair interview, Garlin claims that he was not fired....

Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow Pictures have moved the release date of The Great Gatsby to Summer 2013. The announcement was made today by Dan Fellman, President of Domestic Distribution, and Veronika Kwan Vandenberg, President of International Distribution, Warner Bros. Pictures. In making the announcement, Fellman stated, “Based on what we’ve seen, Baz Luhrmann’s incredible work is all we anticipated and so much more. It truly brings F. Scott Fitzgerald’s American classic to life in a completely immersive, visually stunning and exciting way....

To coincide with the launch of Disney+, Lucasfilm has released two new clips from The Mandalorian. This serves as not just one of the big anchors to the streaming service’s original programming lineup, but it’s also the first ever live-action series set within the Star Wars universe. So it’s a big deal. And, based on these newly revealed clips, this isn’t quite like anything we’ve seen from the franchise before and it could be the very thing many fans have been waiting for....

A new trailer has been released for The Patrick Star Show, Nickelodeon’s upcoming SpongeBob SquarePants spinoff series following SpongeBob’s best pal.
