AMC has released a new trailer for their suspenseful thriller, The Terror, from executive producers Ridley Scott, David Kajganich and Soo Hugh. The show prepares to take viewers on a harrowing journey with a two-hour series premiere on Monday, March 26 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Nicholas Britell is an Emmy-winning and Oscar-nominated film score composer. He has worked with director Barry Jenkins three times, on Moonlight, If Beale Street Could Talk, and The Underground Railroad — with the first two scores bringing in Oscar nominations for Britell. The two have clearly formed a strong and productive relationship. Speaking to Honeysuckle Magazine, Britell says that working with Jenkins “gives me joy and creative freedom. I love the way Barry will talk about the music, I love the way Barry talks about the projects....

Witchblade has been a comic, a television show and an animated series, and now it will soon be a live-action feature film. One of the producers of the film, Matt Hawkins, recently talked to Newsarama about the direction that the new film will go in, and it’s relation to the series which aired on TNT. Asked how closely the film would follow the comic series, Hawkins said: One of the great things about the Witchblade is that the basic mythology and origin allows us to do pretty much just about anything we want....
