The Haunting of Bly Manor Trailer #2 Brings Big Scares To Netflix This HalloweenThe Haunting of Bly Manor will begin streaming next month on Netflix, and the streamer has just released the official trailer for the anticipated horror series. The new series serves as a followup to Mike Flanagan’s The Haunting of Hill House, which became an instant hit when it debuted on Netflix in 2018. Following the release of a teaser last month, the new full trailer gives us a much better look at what Flanagan has in store for us this time around....

It was announced in August of last year that Cobra Kai was going to be made into a 10-episode series for YouTube Red and now we have our first look. The series is set 30 years after the events of The Karate Kid and it features William Zabka’s Johnny Lawrence bringing back the Cobra Kai dojo, which is something that Ralph Macchio’s Daniel LaRusso can’t understand. Johnny Lawrence is seeking redemption, 34 years after the fact, which is a dream come true for fans of The Karate Kid....

AMC announced today that the critically acclaimed drama The Killing will return for its third season with a two-hour premiere on Sunday, June 2 at 8:00 p.m ET/PT. The new season, which stars Mireille Enos (Sarah Linden) and Joel Kinnaman (Stephen Holder) along with new cast members Peter Sarsgaard, Elias Koteas and Amy Seimetz, is executive produced by series creator Veena Sud, and will focus on a new case, which will be resolved over the course of ten episodes, ending with a gripping two hour finale....

Writer, director and producer Franc. Reyes’s latest film, The Ministers, will wrap production this week in New York City. The film is a slick, classy action thriller about revenge, family and the complexities of the quest for justice. Starring John Leguizamo and Harvey Keitel, the film started principal photography on January 11 and has been shooting in different locations in New York including Manhattan, Governor’s Island, and the Bronx. Leguizamo plays dual roles as twins Dante and Perfecto Mendoza....

The official website for Screen Gems’ highly anticipated Underworld sequel has gone online. The old saying is true, good things come to those who wait. In a story from Home Media Retailing, HBO has changed the release of The Sopranos: Season Six - Part 1 from November 7 to December 19. This “four-disc collection will be offered in both HD DVD and Blu-ray formats at $129.95.” It was pushed back due to delays in production. This gap in time will allow Smallville: The Complete Fifth Season to become the first show released on HD-DVD on November 28....

The Walking Dead season 10 finale trailer teases Lauren Cohan’s return as Maggie. Fans of AMC’s hit horror show have not seen Cohan since midway through season 9. The Maggie character took off with baby Hershel to help build new communities with Georgie, and her whereabouts have been a mystery. However, fans were excited to learn back in October 2019 that Cohan would be returning for The Walking Dead season 11....

NOTABLES “Sin City TV Series Coming Soon”- Monday, October 24 I know this is starting to be the new trend on the small screen these days, with Barbershop and Crash getting the TV treatment. That doesn’t necessarily mean this is a good thing though, and although I absolutely love Sin City, I don’t think this will work as a TV show....
