As 2022 is reaching its holiday season, Disney is already getting excited for 2023, starting with The Proud Family! Season 2 of The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder will be coming to Disney+ on February 1st, and it looks like there’s more reason to jump for joy. On a newly released featurette, which can be viewed below, the upcoming guest stars share their excitement for the new season (along with how impactful The Proud Family is for them).
The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder is a follow-up to the beloved Disney Channel original series, which follows teenager Penny Proud, her friends, and her beloved family, as they tackle the ups and downs of everyday life. While the original series premiered in 2001 and tackled issues and themes of the time, Louder and Prouder manages to blend the best of the old and the new. The characters you know and love are back, but in a refreshingly modern coat of paint and tackling issues relevant in the 2020’s.
